What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy for most items, provided they are in original condition with all packaging. Please note that custom-made pieces and earrings are excluded for hygiene and production reasons.
Can I have my ring resized after purchase?
Most of our rings can be resized by our professional onsite jewelers. We recommend visiting one of our stores for a professional fitting to ensure the perfect adjustment.
